Skydome
Oliver Haughey arrived with the 'Skydome' on Thursday and Friday the 6th and 7th of October. We had a very interesting two days. We looked at the sun rising and setting . We learned a lot about the constellations. We even had the opportunity to feel what it was like for the astronauts standing on the moon!! A sincere thanks to the B.O.M. and the parents association who funded this event.
Many classes visited the park during autumn.
The two fifth classes completed a nature trail of St. Enda's, where they carried out a river study and a tree study.
The two senior infant classes visited the nature room in St. Enda's and explored the park aswell.
National Tree Day
On Thursday 6th October we took some tree rubbings and studied and hugged the trees in our school grounds.
