We had over 60 students from all over the world exhibit their countries to the rest of the school. International Day was a celebration of culture and identity. It gave children a chance to showcase some of the interesting things about their country. Students had a stall where they had food, money and other interesting things about their country.
With help from Ms Larkin and other teachers, the hall was ready for International Day. Parents came into the hall to show the children of the school all about their native country and some of the things it had to offer. Children got a chance to try new foods that they wouldn't normally eat. Some people wore traditional dress. It was a wonderful day and celebration of how diverse and wonderful our school is.
