In Divine Word NS our children have a great interest in general knowledge quizzes. We enter teams in the Credit Union quiz every year and we have even made it to the national finals in the RDS on a few occasions, which we are very proud of! This is where the top 25 schools in the country compete for national titles in U 11 and U 13 age groups.
Last year (2022) we decided to organise our own quiz and invite schools from around the locality. There were over 20 teams competing on the day and it was a great success. We are looking forward to hosting these schools again this year in the Springtime.
