Some of our classes were lucky to enjoy a fantastic visit from Glen Daly of Daly Exercise, who brought a whole new energy to staying active. Glen introduced us to a range of simple yet exciting games that we can now add to our collection of fun activities.
What made the session even more interesting was learning how these games help us work different muscle groups—all without us even realising it! Glen showed us that exercise doesn’t have to be complicated to be effective—and that you can have a whole lot of fun with just a few pool noodles and cones.
It was a brilliant session filled with movement, laughter, and learning. A big thank you to Glen for showing us that fitness can be creative, energising, and enjoyable for everyone!
