Our 6th class students recently embarked on their final school tour with Divine Word, and what a fantastic day it was! The destination was the beautiful and historic Russborough House, nestled in the scenic countryside of County Wicklow. Despite the very mixed weather, spirits remained high from start to finish.
The day was packed with adventure and fun. Students had the chance to challenge themselves with a variety of exciting outdoor activities, including ziplining, archery, and even building campfires. One of the highlights was toasting marshmallows over an open flame—simple but unforgettable! Canoeing on the lake brought both thrills and laughter, and there were plenty more team-building challenges and games to keep everyone busy and entertained.
It was the perfect way to mark the end of our time together in Divine Word. The energy, enthusiasm, and teamwork displayed by the students were a joy to witness. We made incredible memories and truly enjoyed every moment of this special day.
