Annual School Hike 2014

On the morning of the walk I woke up feeling excited. When I got to school Mrs Kernan was there and she had brought her dogs, Lilly and Boss. Lilly is light beige and Boss is black. At around 9:30am we got a bus to St. Columbus College to start our hike up to Kilmashogue.

At first there was nothing to see except bushes. There were lots of blackberries. I felt like I was on an adventure. when we arrives at the top of the mountain I could see a lot of Dublin. I could even see Howth and the Ferry. On the way down Mrs Kernan’s dog, Boss was a bit mischievous and he found a frog which he picked up in his mouth. Luckily, the frog was okay and he jumped out of Mrs. Kernan’s hand. We hiked all the way down to the car park. Some people had falls but nothing bad. I was very tired but happy. I had a lot of fun
