The Coiste Cairde has been established for the first time this year. Their aim is to ensure all children feel safe and are happy in school.
There are 11 members on the committee this year. Meetings take place on Thursday mornings at 8:15am in the courtyard or room 9, depending on the weather.
The class reps will be busy keeping communication lines open between the coiste and their class. All the members listen actively to their classmates for innovative ideas and suggestions so that they can maintain ambitious standards and continue to improve school life at Divine Word. Each student has been given the job to communicate with the younger classes on a regular basis.
